Portage Area Recovery Center
The Portage Area Recovery Center is a 23-bed, recovery housing facility for women. AxessPointe Community Health Center employs 24/7 staffing to ensure support. The program provides a safe, supportive environment for women to strengthen their recovery.
Who We Serve
Portage Area Recovery Center (PARC) is owned and operated by AxessPointe Community Health Center. PARC provides a continuum of care tailored to each individual’s needs, including diagnostic assessments, counseling services, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), aftercare, life skills education, employment and housing linkage, peer support, case management, sobriety support, and drug screening.
Many residents are court-ordered and may transfer from other levels of care, such as jail, residential treatment, or halfway houses. As a communal living site, PARC offers a home-like environment with 24/7 staffing, providing the stability and support women need to maintain sobriety and build a foundation for long-term recovery.
