Before Your Appointment
Before your appointment, it is important to write down any questions you might have for your doctor. There is no question that is too small. Even discussing your eating, sleeping, and exercise habits, alongside any changes to them, can help your doctor better understand the state of your health.
Be sure to tell your doctor if you know of any illnesses in your family’s history and ask about staying up to date with your vaccinations and health screenings.

By reducing transportation barriers, the Mobile Unit provides routine check ups, immunizations, and other basic care services where it may be inaccessible otherwise.
