Supportive Group Residence
Axess Family Services offers a network of supportive group residence programs in Ravenna designed to support individuals in recovery. Our locations at Eagle, Sycamore, and Main Street Apartments provide safe, stable housing combined with access to clinical services, peer support, and case management. Each program is designed to meet the needs of men and women on their recovery journey, offering the structure, resources, and compassion needed to maintain sobriety and move toward long-term stability.
Eagle Street
Eagle Street Apartments, located in Ravenna, offers a continuum of care tailored to each individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addictions, including diagnostic assessments, counseling services, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), aftercare, sobriety support, employment and housing linkage, peer support, case management, and drug screening. Services are provided on a case-by-case basis to best meet the needs of each resident.
Who We Serve
Eagle Street Apartments provides individualized apartments for up to eight men struggling with drug and alcohol addictions. The supportive group residence model at Eagle offers stability and support, helping residents address the challenges they may face on their recovery journey and maintain long-term sobriety.
Sycamore Street
Sycamore Street Apartments, located in Ravenna, provides access to a full continuum of clinical services, including individual counseling, group counseling, life skills groups, case management, peer support, drug screening, and more.
Who We Serve
Sycamore Street Apartments provide additional supportive group residence for both men and women, with four individual apartments. The supportive group residence model at Sycamore Street addresses the varied needs residents may encounter on their recovery journey, offering stability and support to help maintain sobriety.
Main Street
Main Street Apartments, located in Ravenna, provides residents with access to a full continuum of clinical services, including diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), aftercare, sobriety supports, life skills education, employment and housing linkage, peer support, and case management. Services are provided on a case-by-case basis to meet each resident’s unique needs.
Who We Serve
Main Street Apartments provides individualized apartments for up to six women who are further along in their recovery. The supportive group residence model at Main Street supports residents throughout their recovery journey, offering stability and guidance to help maintain long-term sobriety.
