Valley Health Services to Host Open House Celebrating Newly Renovated Child & Adolescent Services Facility
Warren, Ohio – Valley Health Services will host a community open house on May 21st at its newly renovated Child & Adolescent Services facility, located at 318 Mahoning Avenue NW in Warren. Community members, partners, and families are invited to tour the space and learn more about expanded behavioral health services for youth.
What's New?
The renovation reflects Valley Health Services’ commitment to expanding access to high-quality, coordinated care for children and families in Warren. The updated facility includes expanded therapy spaces, improved areas for family support and care coordination, a more welcoming waiting room, and new programming such as group therapy, subtance use disorder prevention and education for families, family support, and summer skill-building programs, along with the addition of EyeClick interactive technology.
“This investment allows us to better meet the needs of children and families by creating an environment that is both supportive and engaging,” said Renee Klaric, Director of Behavioral Health Services. “We’re proud to continue growing services in Warren and making care more accessible across our community.”
How Was This Possible?
The Child & Adolescent Services renovation builds on a series of recent investments by Valley Health Services to expand access to care in Warren and surrounding areas. In May 2025, Valley completed renovations to its Market Street location, significantly expanding access to primary care, dental, and pharmacy services. More recently, in March 2026, Valley expanded services at its Liberty location to include primary care and an on-site pharmacy—further strengthening integrated, whole-person care across the region.
The Child & Adolescent Services Office project was made possible through the generous support of key public partners, including the City of Warren ($171,000), the Trumbull County Commissioners ($100,000), and a $1 million Youth Resiliency Grant from the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
What's Next?
In addition to the May 21st event, Valley Health Services will host a second open house on June 20th, designed specifically for children and families, featuring interactive activities and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
