Reunification Housing

Our Reunification Housing Program provides safe, stable, and supportive housing for parents actively working toward reunifying with their children through Jobs and Family Services (JFS). We understand that safe housing is a critical part of family restoration, and our goal is to remove barriers and support lasting, healthy reunification.

This program is designed to provide short-term housing while helping families build the skills, resources, and stability needed to successfully reunite and stay together. Through individualized case management, life skills support, and community connections, we walk alongside parents every step of the way.

Who We Serve

This program is specifically for:

  • Parents with open child welfare cases through Jobs and Family Services (JFS)
  • Individuals who have been approved by their caseworker for reunification services
  • Families who are actively participating in their reunification plan and are in need of housing to move forward
  • Individuals who are willing to engage in supportive services, including parenting support, case management, and recovery if applicable

Eligibility is determined in collaboration with JFS and based on each family's unique needs.

Our program operates providing stable and monitored housing with ongoing support. Case management, life skills classes, and additional services are available during standard business hours.
