The I Promise HealthQuarters provides comprehensive, whole person healthcare and behavioral health services that everyone can access – not just I Promise students and families. AxessPointe Community Health Centers will offer physical healthcare, while Coleman Health Services will provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed behavioral health services.

Who Can Receive Care at the I Promise HealthQuarters

What Services Are Available at the I Promise HealthQuarters?
Medical
Regular check-ups help your doctor catch problems early, especially if your family has a history of certain conditions. Our medical services include adult and children’s health, preventive health and routine screenings, chronic disease management, flu shots and immunizations, geriatric care, STD testing and treatment, and more.
Dental
Don’t let cost stop you from a healthy smile. Get affordable dental care with AxessPointe. Our dental services include cleanings, extractions, fillings, fluoride treatments, pediatric exams, sealants, crowns, and referrals to dental specialists. Advanced dental services include complete and partial Dentures, mouth guards, and whitening.
Optometry
At AxessPointe, we do yearly eye check-ups for adults and kids to keep your family’s vision clear and healthy. Our optometry services include routine eye exams, pediatric eye exams, diabetic eye care, cataract evaluations, glaucoma management, red eye/infection treatment, and dry eye management.
Pharmacy
Experience the ease of our in-house pharmacies. Our pharmacists work with your doctor to ensure you get the most suitable, cost—effective, and safe medications-all in the same building as your appointment. Our pharmacy services include vaccines, affordable prescription programs, comprehensive disease management, medication delivery, and Medicare Part D assistance.
Support Services
Our Community Health Workers (CHWs) work with patients to help them access essential community resources and resolve challenges they may face.
Behavioral Health
Coleman is dedicated to meeting the needs of the entire family, from early elementary through adulthood. Behavioral Health services include behavioral health assessments, Individual, group, and family therapy, home-based services, mobile response and stabilization services (MRSS), case management, and psychiatric services.
