Valley Health Services Expands Integrated Care at Liberty Health Center

Liberty, Ohio — Valley Health Services has completed renovations at its Liberty Health Center, now offering expanded services to better serve the community—all in one convenient location. In addition to the behavioral health care patients have long trusted, the site now provides primary care, an on-site discount pharmacy, and on-site lab services, reinforcing its commitment to coordinated, whole-person care.

The Liberty expansion is part of Valley Health Services’ broader efforts to enhance access to care across Trumbull and Mahoning counties. Last spring, renovations were completed at the downtown Warren location, which offers primary care, pharmacy, behavioral health, and dental services, a service that has been especially in demand and meeting a critical need for accessible oral health services in the community. Renovations are also underway at Valley’s Child & Adolescent Office in downtown Warren, with completion expected by late spring.

This expansion also reflects Valley Health Services’ continued growth following its designation last year as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As an FQHC, Valley can provide affordable, accessible care to patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The organization accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans, and free translation and interpretation services as well.

Valley Health Services (formerly Valley Counseling Services) is a program of Axess Family Services and is dedicated to delivering integrated health and behavioral healthcare that strengthens individuals and families across the region.
