Adoption through Foster Care

Adoption through Foster Care

Adoption through foster care is a legal process in Michigan where a child in state custody is legally available for adoption upon their birth parents' rights being terminated.

Our team assists families in adopting children who have been removed from their birth families and are awaiting a permanent, loving and stable family. We are contracted through the Department of Health and Human Services in Michigan. In addition, we have the capability of also assisting families with the adoption of children who are available for adoption in other states through an Interstate Compact.

Please contact our office at the toll-free number (844) 575-8001 to discuss your interest in adoption.
